SHIPPING POLICY

Q: When can I expect my order from BGTP ship?

A: Our fulfillment center processes orders within 24-48 hours of order placement on all in-stock items. Whenever we have national press it can delay our order processing and shipment time. We will always do our best to give you a heads up if we are running behind. We know you are excited to get your Goodies. You will receive a Shipping Notice once your order has shipped that includes tracking information.

Q: Where does BGPT currently ship to?

We currently ship only within the United States and to Canada. Please note any duties or taxes on Canadian shipments will be due and paid for on the receiving end. 

For International shipments other than Canada, please email GoodService@BeGoodtoPeople.com and we will try our best to accommodate the international shipping. 

Please note: Be Good to People has no control over USPS shipping.

For expedited shipping, please choose FedEx.

Q: I have a time sensitive shipment, what should I expect?

A: We understand you want to get your Goodies™ quickly and sometimes by a specific date.

We make every effort to ship orders out as quickly as possible. As mentioned above, our fulfillment center processes orders within 24-48 hours of order placement on all in-stock items.

From that point, it’s up to the shipping company. All major shipping services have confirmed that shipping may take longer than usual due to a number of uncertainties beyond the typical weather issues. Specifically due to the effects of the pandemic, delivery companies are seeing employee shortages and a drastic increase in demand from online shopping. Combined, the result is additional unforeseen delays in deliveries.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping to get it faster?

A: Our non-expedited shipping is sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Both offer an average of 1 - 3 day deliveries but these delivery times are not guaranteed. We have seen USPS take up to 14 business days on some of these shipments for delivery.

We offer expedited shipping via FedEx, but even in a “normal” year expedited shipments can be delayed due to severe weather or other forces out of anyone's control. At this time, FedEx has even suspended their money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Freight® (except FedEx Freight® Priority Plus) and FedEx Office® services until further notice. 

While we can guarantee that your shipment will leave our fulfillment center quickly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee getting your Goodies into your hands by a certain date. 

We understand that it is super frustrating. Once your Goodies leave our fulfillment center we no longer have control over the package. In the unfortunate instance that your order is delayed, BGTP will do our best to help you get your Goodies as quickly as possible within our abilities. 

With all that being said, all we can say is that it’s best to order well in advance of the date you need your order to arrive. We will then do our best to get it packed up and out to you as soon as we can!

RETURN POLICY

Q: How do I return an item?

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your Be good to people.® ordering experience.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. We are not able to refund shipping charges except in the case of our shipping error or a defective product. Item/s must be in new/unworn condition to be eligible for return - yes, even though we are Be good to people.®...we do have to set some boundaries and cannot accept washed, worn or used product.

To return, carefully pack item/s along with packing list and reason for return using a trackable shipment. We are not able to process a refund without merchandise returned as directed above and we cannot be liable for lost shipments.

Q: I purchased the wrong size. Can I exchange an item?

A: If you purchased the wrong size, please follow our returns process. We are not able to process exchanges at this time so if you need to exchange an item, please return it and we will credit your form of original payment for the item as soon as we receive it (see returns information). The replacement item will need to be ordered as a separate order at BeGoodToPeople.com.
